In case a product does not meet expectations or arrives with issues, we’ve structured a customer-friendly policy to manage returns and refunds with transparency and care.

✅ Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery if the product:
- Is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Has not been exposed to chemicals, extreme environments, or physical alterations
- Includes all original components, hardware, and documentation
🚫 Non-Returnable Products
- Custom-made or project-specific FRP fabrications
- Installed or modified products
- Returns requested after 7 days
- Items damaged after delivery but not reported within 48 hours

🚚 Shipping Responsibility
- For deliveries that are flawed, inaccurate, or damaged, we pay for return postage.
- Customer bears the cost for voluntary returns (e.g., change of specifications or preferences).

🛑 Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before dispatch will receive a full refund within 3 business days. After shipment, the regular return process applies.

While we do not operate a formal exchange program, we offer product replacements or variant swaps under the following conditions:
- The original product is returned in acceptable condition within the 7-day return window
- You need a different size, load rating, or variant from our standard product line
- Exchange is subject to stock availability and pre-approval by our team
If approved:
- Defective or incorrect items will be exchanged at no additional cost
- Customer-initiated changes (e.g., wrong size ordered) may incur re-shipping or handling fees
FRP goods that are customized, cut to size, or altered are not eligible for exchanges.

If your product arrives broken, cracked, or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Include photos and order details
- We will replace or refund the product at no extra cost after verification
