Tips to Use For Brcik Wall Plaster 90
- Always mix powder into water, not water into powder (1 part water: 2 parts powder).
- The background should be thoroughly brushed with a broom to remove dust and mortar.
- It is recommended to pre-wet the surface before application.
- Prepare the surface with bull marks/level strips to maintain the correct line level and angles of the room.
- Apply the plaster paste using a trowel, then polish it with a thin slurry coat to achieve a smooth, aesthetic surface.
- Fixing and fitting services like doors, windows, and electrical boxes should be completed before plastering. Maintain a gap of 5-6 mm from the wall surface for these fixtures.
- Ensure the overall plaster thickness is minimal to save space and reduce costs.
- Avoid using dead material. If the material has set, remixing is not allowed, as waste material will not perform like fresh material.
- For RCC ceilings/walls, apply Bond Strong adhesive before plastering to enhance bonding and ensure safe plastering.
- This plaster is compatible with all types of finishes, including painting, texturing, tiling, or decorative surfaces.
